In the case of cancellation less than three weeks but more than a week before the workshop, only a credit voucher will be offered.
No refund or credit voucher will be given for cancellation made 7 days or less before the workshop.
Instead of cancelling you may choose to transfer your place to a friend but you are asked to let us know you have done so.

Cancellation by us

In the highly unlikely event of the advertised tutor being prevented from attending, we reserve the right either to substitute an appropriate alternative tutor or to cancel the event and refund all fees.
All events are priced on the assumption of a certain level of attendance. If insufficient confirmed bookings to run the event have been made at a time no later than one week prior to the event then we reserve the right to cancel the event and refund all payments.

Please note that no payment will be made in respect of personal travel arrangements or consequential losses resulting from cancellation or alteration.

Online bookings

Workshops are offered subject to availability. The online booking system should allow a booking only when a place is available but in the unlikely event that a booking is made for an event which is already full or otherwise unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible and your payment will be refunded in full.
