Delivery and Returns

All artwork is sold unframed and unmounted.


UK - FREE for orders over £12.00. For orders under £12.00 delivery is £2.00.
EUROPE - Order value up to £24.99 - delivery £1.70. Orders £25 and over - delivery £2.00
USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND - Order value up to £24.99 - delivery £2.50. Orders £25 and over - delivery £5.00

Orders are despatched within three working days unless stated otherwise on the shop home page. Orders within the UK will be sent either by Royal Mail First Class post or (larger items only) by a courier service. Goods over £25 may require a signature on delivery.

UK orders (free delivery) despatched by Royal Mail second class post
Orders close 18th March. Prints will be despatched by 22nd March 2019. UPDATE - following the reopening of shop orders on 21st March, new orders for the Red Nose Day print will be despatched with three working days of order.

All international orders will be sent by airmail to get to you as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind this can still take a matter of weeks to some parts of the world (no I don't understand why either).

Please note that any customs fees or import charges incurred are the buyer's responsibility.

Depending on what is appropriate for the individual item, artwork is sent out packaged either:
1. In a board backed envelope
2. Sandwiched between card in strong brown paper
3. Carefully rolled in a cardboard postal tube.
4. In a padded envelope.

Returns and refunds (purchases of artwork and cards)*

I wouldn't send something out to you if I wasn't proud of it, but in the unlikely event that you change your mind after receiving the item, please let me know in writing as soon as possible (within 14 days). There is a cancellation form you can use here but you do not need to use this unless you want to - an email is sufficient. Send the item back to me within two weeks, still in as good condition as you received it, and I will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs (but not the return shipping). Please note this is not applicable to customised items.

If your order arrives damaged then of course you will get a full refund. It might not be necessary to return the item (though I may need photographs of the damage so I can make a claim against the carrier) but if you do have to return it you will also get a refund of your return postage.

Please note that when you buy a piece of artwork, you are buying that particular item, not the rights to the image. Copyright of all artwork remains with Jane Duke.
