Water Garden

Limited edition of 10 prints

Image size 20 x 30 cm

Paper size approx 26 x 36 cm Somerset Satin printmaking paper

The edition number, title, signature and date are written under the image in pencil.

This reduction linocut print has been created using 16 ink mixes over 14 layers of printing.

The reduction method of printmaking uses just one plate, which is further cut away after each layer is printed, so there is no going back and the print cannot be repeated. There are just 10 prints in this edition. As each layer is handprinted, including wiping ink on and off the block, there are variations between each print and no two are absolutely identical. There may be small differences from the images shown.

This print is supplied UNFRAMED AND UNMOUNTED.
