The edition number, title, signature and date are written under the image in pencil. 

This very small print has been printed by hand in 6 layers.

The reduction method of printmaking uses just one plate, which is further cut away after each layer is printed, so there is no going back and the print cannot be repeated. As each layer is handprinted, there are variations between each print and no two are absolutely identical. 

This print is supplied UNFRAMED AND UNMOUNTED.
