The unique handmade collagraph print shows three blue robin eggs in a nest depicted in green, brown and blue. The collagraph process produces not only densely coloured but also textured prints which have a slightly embossed effect.

Each time the plate is used it is inked up by hand with a careful combination and layering of colours which means that every print is unique (a monoprint). You can read more about the making of this print in this blog post.

This is a limited edition of only seven prints. As each print is different this is a Variable Edition (signified by 'VE' after the print number). The print you will receive is number one in the edition and is the one shown in the first image.

The print number, title, artist's name and date are written under the image in pencil.
The print is unframed.
