Online bookings
You can use the buttons above to book and pay for your workshop with a credit or
debit card. To book more than one place either add additional bookings or
change the quantity shown in your shopping 'cart'.
Workshop - full payment is required on booking
Art at the Café masterclass - 50% (non returnable) deposit
on booking with the balance payable no later than four weeks before the event.
PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THIS IN YOUR DIARY as no
reminder will be sent - it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made on
time.
If full payment is not received by the due date your place will be released for
another applicant. If you wish you can of course pay both the deposit and
final payment when booking; simply add both to your shopping cart.
* A booking confirmation plus workshop information including directions will be sent to you in the post so please make sure you complete your full postal address. Where a deposit only is paid (for Art at the Café sessions), an email confirmation will be sent initially with written confirmation after final payment.
* Please also give your phone number in case we need to get in touch with you at short notice.
* If you require a gift certificate please email with details including the name of the recipient as soon as possible after placing your booking. Gift certificates are sent with the booking confirmation to the person making the booking, not to the person who will be attending the workshop. Gift certificates are not issued until full payment has been received.
Postal bookings
If you prefer to pay by cheque then please send your cheque (payable to
'Stoneflower Studio') to the address given on the
contact page. Don't forget to
include your full name, address, phone number and email. Please
do not send your credit card details in the post. Card payments can be
made only online through the buttons above. If you are booking by post then it
is a good idea to reserve your place by email or telephone first: it will then
be held for you for one week pending receipt of your payment.
Vouchers
If you have a gift voucher to redeem, please send it
with a cheque for the balance as for postal bookings above.

Please read the
terms and conditions before
booking. In particular please note bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. Use
of this online booking facility indicates your acceptance of these terms.
The 'places available' information is updated regularly but in the unlikely
event that a place is not available when you book then you will be notified as
soon as possible and your payment refunded in full.
Waiting lists
If the workshop you wanted is shown above as sold out, please send your
contact details including postal address and phone number if you would like to
go on a waiting list in case of cancellation.
