HOW TO BOOK

By post
* Please download and print a booking form (pdf) and send it with your non-returnable deposit to Stoneflower Studio, 25a Windmill Lane, York, YO10 3LG, U.K.  Payment can be made by cheque to 'Stoneflower Studio' or by international money order.  Credit/debit card payments cannot be accepted by mail.  Please do not send your booking form as an email attachment.

* If you are unable to print off a form please send a stamped addressed envelope (A5 size) for a booking form and course information to be returned to you.

*  Further instalment payments can made in the same way or by using the buttons below.

Online
* You can use the buttons below to book your place online and/or to pay for subsequent instalments.  Payments are made securely through PayPal and your card details are not passed on to us.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility.

* When paying your initial deposit please select the option to accept the terms and conditions.  If this option is not selected your booking will be invalid and your deposit will be returned to you!

* If someone else is paying for you please email without delay to clarify who will be attending or the booking will be made for the wrong person and additional administration costs may be incurred.  Also if you are booking more than one place please email promptly to give the full details (name, address, phone and email where available) of the additional participants and, if applicable, to state who will be sharing a room with whom.

Availability
When only a few places are left this will be shown on the website and updated regularly.  In the unfortunate event that a place is not available when you book then you will be notified as soon as possible and your payment refunded in full.  All places have now been booked.  Please check back to see if any become re-available or contact to ask to join a waiting list

Provisional bookings
If you wish to book by post but want to make sure of a place then you can request a place by email or telephone and this will be held for you for one week (two weeks for overseas applicants).
